Shipping Policy (Pickup Only)

Sturgeon County Kennels is pickup only. We do not ship orders and we do not offer delivery.

Pickup location

All online orders must be picked up at our facility:

Pickup is available during our regular business hours. Please see our Hours and Location page for current hours.

Order notifications

After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email.

If your order includes items that require staff preparation or confirmation, we may contact you before pickup.

Stock levels and confirmation

We work hard to keep inventory accurate, but occasional discrepancies can happen, especially when stock is low.

If you are driving in from out of town (or you need something specific, like raw food), we strongly recommend calling us to confirm stock before you place an order and before you drive out.

If an item is unavailable

If an item in your order is not available, we may:

  • contact you to offer a substitute,

  • remove the item and refund that portion, or

  • cancel the order and issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Holding orders

We store frozen items in our freezers until pickup.

If an order is not picked up within a reasonable time, we may reach out to coordinate pickup. If we cannot reach you, we may cancel the order and issue a refund or store credit depending on the item type and condition.
