A Few Notes on Food

We ask all pet parents to bring enough of their pet’s regular food to cover the full stay, plus at least two extra meals, just in case your return is delayed.

We have plenty of freezer and fridge space for raw, frozen, or gently cooked meals.

A few quick packing tips:

  • Label everything clearly with your pet’s name
  • Pre-portioning is helpful but not required
  • Don’t forget any mix-ins, toppers, or supplements your pet gets regularly
  • If your pet free-feeds, let us know and we’ll set up a custom routine

A Few Notes on Meds & Supplements

If your pet needs medications during their stay, we’re happy to help, just make sure everything is packed safely and clearly.

Here’s what we need:

  • Medications in original packaging with clear instructions
  • Label with your pet’s name, dosage, and timing
  • Let us know if it needs to be given with food
  • Include any supplements or daily add-ons your pet takes

🚫 We do not administer insulin injections for diabetic pets.

What to Leave at Home

We’ve got a lot covered on our end. To keep things smooth, please avoid packing the following:

🚫 Leave these at home:
  • Leashes: We’ve got plenty on-site — but you do need one for pick-up and drop-off to move your dog between areas.
  • Bowls: We provide all food and water bowls. No need to pack your own unless it’s a slow feeder or raised dish your dog needs.
  • Cat litter: If your cat needs a special type of litter, you’re welcome to bring it along. Otherwise, the litter is included as part of your stay.
  • Chews that require supervision: This includes rawhides, antlers, or anything that could become a choking risk.
  • Large beds, crates, or bulk gear: No need to bring oversized items unless we’ve approved it in advance.
  • Glass containers: Please use durable plastic containers for all food and meds.
