How Boarding Days Are Counted
Drop off day
Always charged as a full day, regardless of time.
Pickup before 12:00 pm
No charge for that day.
Pickup at or after 12:00 pm
Charged as a full additional day.
Examples
Drop off Monday, pick up Tuesday at 10:30 am → Charged 1 day
Drop off Monday, pick up Tuesday at 12:15 pm → Charged 2 days
Drop off Friday, pick up Sunday at 9:00 am → Charged 2 days
Drop off Friday, pick up Sunday at 3:00 pm → Charged 3 days
FAQs
“Sharing” means two or three pets from the same household stay together in the same kennel run. It’s a discounted per-day rate because they’re sharing the same space. If your pets need to be separated for any reason, just tell us and we’ll book them accordingly.
We price boarding as a daily service because your dog is cared for throughout the day, not just overnight. It keeps billing simple, predictable, and consistent with how our staffing and cleaning run day to day.
We use the noon rule for everyone to keep it consistent. If your pickup moves past noon, an additional day applies.
