What a stay looks like

Confirm details at check-in

At drop off, we’ll review your feeding instructions, emergency contacts, medical information, and anything else you noted during booking.

Please bring a copy of your pet’s current vaccine records. If the waiver hasn’t been completed online, we’ll have a paper copy ready at the desk.

Getting comfortable

Each pet gets a chance to settle, sniff, and relax before joining group time or heading to their suite. Our team monitors behaviour and notes anything unique.

Supervised care all day

We follow a balanced schedule that includes outdoor time, rest breaks, meals, and enrichment. Activity levels are tailored to your pet’s age and energy.

Time to go home

At pickup, we’ll return your items and let you know how your pet did. If you’re planning another stay, we can help you rebook.

Totally normal. We take it slow at the start and tailor the routine to your dog’s comfort level. If you have concerns, tell us at check in.

Yes. Tours are welcome during business hours. No appointment needed.

Bring your pet’s food (clearly labelled), any medications (clearly labelled), and a copy of current vaccine records. Optional comfort items are welcome, like a small blanket or toy. We provide bowls.

Keeping your pet on their regular diet helps prevent stomach upset and messy accidents during their stay and after they go home. If you forget food, contact us and we will help figure out the best option.

Yes, dogs must be on leash when arriving and leaving the facility. Once check-in is complete, please take your leash with you.

No need, unless your pet requires something specific like a slow feeder or an elevated bowl.

Yes, we do offer shared accommodations for pets from the same household, space permitting. Let us know when you book.

Yes, we administer most oral and topical medications. We do not offer injections like insulin.

No problem. We can do the waiver in person at drop off.
