Please send your dog’s regular food, any medications, and the bedding or comfort items you would like them to have. You can find a simple packing checklist on our What to Bring for Dogs page.
Yes. We feed exactly as instructed and can give most oral or topical medications during their stay.
We match dogs to the right level of social time based on temperament, energy, and owner preference. Some dogs enjoy play groups, others do better with one-on-one time and yard breaks.
Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella are required. DHLPP may be listed under different names, but protection against parvovirus and distemper are they key requirements. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help review your records.
Yes, you’re always welcome to stop by during business hours. No appointment is needed for a walkthrough of our facility.
Dog Daycare
Daycare drop-off and pick-up happen during our regular business hours, which are 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Most dogs don’t need anything special for daycare. Just bring your dog on a leash.
If your dog requires medication or specific food during the day, let us know ahead of time and bring it clearly labeled.
Yes. Before attending daycare, your dog needs to be set up in our system with completed paperwork and up-to-date vaccinations on file.
Once that’s done, booking daycare is quick and easy.
Not necessarily. Daycare includes a mix of social time, outdoor time, and rest.
Some dogs are very active, while others prefer a calmer day. We allow dogs to interact naturally and take breaks as needed.
Daycare is social, but it’s not forced group play. Dogs interact at their own pace, and we don’t require dogs to play if they’d rather relax or observe.
Cat Boarding
You’re welcome to bring your cat’s own food, any medications, and a small blanket or item that smells like home. We provide soft bedding and clean dishes, so no need to pack those unless your cat is picky.
Yes. Our cat boarding space is completely separate from the dog areas. It’s quiet, calm, and designed just for cats.
Yes! Many of our cat suites are near windows so cats can enjoy natural light and watch the world go by. We also offer one-on-one lounge time in our dedicated cat room, complete with a big cat tree.
If your cats live together peacefully at home, we can usually board them together in a shared suite. Just let us know in advance so we can plan the space accordingly.
Yes, we administer oral and topical medications. We do not administer insulin or diabetes injections. Please bring all meds clearly labeled with instructions.
Yes, especially around holidays. Our cat suites fill up quickly, so booking early ensures your spot and helps us plan for your cat’s comfort.
We require up-to-date FVRCP and rabies vaccines for all cats. Please bring proof of vaccination or ask your vet to send it to us before the stay.

What to Bring
Bring your pet’s food (clearly labelled), any medications (clearly labelled), and a copy of current vaccine records. Optional comfort items are welcome, like a small blanket or toy. We provide bowls.
Keeping your pet on their regular diet helps prevent stomach upset and messy accidents during their stay and after they go home. If you forget food, contact us and we will help figure out the best option.

Yes, just make sure they’re safe to leave with your pet unsupervised.
Rates
“Sharing” means two or three pets from the same household stay together in the same kennel run. It’s a discounted per-day rate because they’re sharing the same space. If your pets need to be separated for any reason, just tell us and we’ll book them accordingly.
We price boarding as a daily service because your dog is cared for throughout the day, not just overnight. It keeps billing simple, predictable, and consistent with how our staffing and cleaning run day to day.
We use the noon rule for everyone to keep it consistent. If your pickup moves past noon, an additional day applies.
